Code of Ethics

All ChIO candidates and charterholders are required to abide by the Code of Ethics. This is to protect the integrity of the ChIO program. Violations may result in disciplinary sanctions by SWFI. Sanctions can include revocation of designation or candidacy in the program, or the right to use the ChIO designation.

1. Maintain and improve professional skillset and competence
2. Place interests of clients and integrity of professional above your own personal interests
3. Encourage others to practice in a professional and ethical manner
